C-MER Medical Holdings Limited (C-MER Medical) reported a minor adjustment to its share capital following an on-market share repurchase conducted on 18 September 2026, according to its latest Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
On 18 September, the company repurchased 170,000 ordinary shares on the Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 0.81 to HKD 0.85 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 0.14 million. The volume-weighted average price was approximately HKD 0.8329 per share.
After the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.0141 % to 1.208 billion, while treasury shares increased to 24.52 million. The total number of issued shares—including treasury shares—remains unchanged at 1.232 billion.
The buyback was executed under the general mandate approved on 20 May 2026, which permits the repurchase of up to 123.23 million shares. To date, the company has utilised only 0.01 % of this authority, leaving substantial room for further repurchases if deemed appropriate.
In line with Hong Kong listing rules, C-MER Medical is subject to a 30-day moratorium—until 18 October 2026—on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares following the latest repurchase.
