Workforce and safety • No work-related fatalities; injury rate reduced to 1.07 per million working hours. • Average employee training on quality topics reached 34.5 hours; overall training volume totalled 2.38 million hours. • Global headcount rose to 27,367, with women representing 32 % of staff and 21 % of mid-to-senior management roles.
Governance and transparency • Board-level Sustainability Committee oversees ESG strategy, linking executive remuneration to more than 40 quantified ESG KPIs. • Minth achieved an “A” rating from MSCI ESG and secured CDP scores of A- for Water and B for Climate Change.
Outlook With 100 % of plants already ISO 45001-certified and a global carbon-data platform in place, Minth plans to peak emissions by 2030, achieve 100 % renewable electricity in all regions by 2040, and reach full value-chain carbon neutrality by 2050 while continuing to expand its clean-technology revenue base and supplier decarbonisation programmes.
