CITIC Telecom Announces Company Secretary Transition: Fanny Yip Resigns, Tommy Ko Takes Post

CITIC Telecom International Holdings Limited disclosed that Ms. Yip Yim Ting Fanny will step down as Company Secretary on 13 July 2026. Having served since 25 May 2023, Ms. Yip confirmed no disagreement with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder attention. The Board expressed appreciation for her contributions.

Effective the same date, Mr. Ko Fei Fan Tommy will assume the role of Company Secretary. Mr. Ko, who joined CITIC Telecom in September 2022, is currently Director of the General Affairs Department, holds a degree from City University of Hong Kong, and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He brings over ten years of experience in regulatory compliance, corporate finance, and auditing.

The Board has extended a formal welcome to Mr. Ko. Current Board composition remains unchanged, comprising Executive Directors Luo Xicheng (Chairman) and Wu Jun; Non-Executive Directors Zhao Lei, Wang Hua, and Yang Feng (with Liu Kaiyuan as alternate); and Independent Non-Executive Directors Zuo Xunsheng, Lam Yiu Kin, and Wen Ku.
