Stock News06-17

MOBVISTA (SEHK: 01860) has once again secured a spot on the prestigious Fortune Southeast Asia 500 list for 2026, achieving a significant rise in its position.

The company now ranks 166th, a notable improvement from its debut at 208th place on the 2025 list.

This annual ranking highlights the region's top revenue-generating companies, and MOBVISTA's continued inclusion and upward movement reflect strong recognition of its financial performance, technological capabilities, and resilient global growth throughout 2025.

The group's full-year 2025 financial results reported total revenue of $2.047 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 35.7%.

Adjusted EBITDA reached $191 million, growing by 38.1% compared to the previous year.

This positive momentum has carried into 2026, with the company's revenue for the three months ended March 31, 2026, reaching $581 million, a 32.2% increase year-over-year.

Management's Perspective on the Achievement

Cao Xiaohuan, Co-founder and CEO of MOBVISTA, commented on the recognition, stating that in an era of rapid evolution in AI and advertising technology, developers face an increasingly complex growth environment.

He noted that the improved ranking is a high-level endorsement of the company's long-term commitment to investing in intelligent advertising technology R&D.

The company plans to continue strengthening its AI advertising engine infrastructure to provide more reliable growth services for global developers.

Recent Strategic Developments

In a related strategic move, the company announced in May that Temasek, a global investment company headquartered in Singapore, has completed a $150 million strategic equity placement in MOBVISTA.

Temasek will serve as a strategic shareholder, offering long-term support for MOBVISTA's global expansion efforts.
