CMSC Sets FY2025 Final Dividend at RMB 4.49 per 10 Shares, Payment Slated for 28 August 2026

China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd. (CMSC) will distribute a final ordinary dividend of RMB 4.49 per 10 shares for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The dividend was approved by shareholders on 26 June 2026 and will be paid on 28 August 2026.

The dividend, to be settled in Hong Kong dollars, will adopt an exchange rate to be announced closer to the payment date. Key timetable items—including the ex-dividend date, record date, latest time to lodge share transfers, and the book-close period—have not yet been disclosed.

Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited has been appointed as the share registrar, with its offices at Shops 1712-1716, 17/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

Withholding tax will apply as follows: • Non-resident individual shareholders: 10 % as a baseline, reduced rates subject to applicable tax treaties; citizens from non-treaty countries face a 20 % rate. • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10 %. • Mainland investors accessing H shares via Shanghai- or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect: 20 % for individual residents and domestic investment funds. Domestic enterprise investors must self-report and pay taxes; exemptions may apply for enterprises holding H shares for at least 12 consecutive months.
