Allied Sustainability and Environmental Consultants Group Limited (AEC Group) expects to post a profit attributable to owners of approximately HK$1.10 million for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, marking a sharp turnaround from the HK$9.60 million loss recorded in FY2025.
Management attributes the swing to three main factors:
1. Revenue expansion accompanied by an improved gross profit margin. 2. Business growth outside Hong Kong—particularly in Mainland China, Macau and Southeast Asia—lifting overall operating income. 3. Lower administrative expenses driven by tighter cost-control measures.
On a company-only basis, AEC Group also anticipates a profit of around HK$0.70 million, reversing the previous year’s HK$9.60 million loss.
The figures are derived from unaudited management accounts and may change after the forthcoming audit. Final audited results are scheduled for release on or about 18 June 2026.
Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
