CK Asset Schedules Hybrid AGM for 21 May 2026, Highlights Electronic Voting Option

Bulletin Express04-17

CK Asset Holdings Limited will hold its 2026 Annual General Meeting on Thursday, 21 May 2026 at 2:15 p.m. The meeting will adopt a hybrid format, allowing shareholders to attend either in person at Harbour Grand Kowloon, Hung Hom, Hong Kong, or online via the Lumi “meetings.lumiconnect.com” platform.

Shareholders opting for virtual participation will be deemed present for quorum purposes and can raise questions and cast votes electronically. Online access opens at 1:45 p.m. and requires entry of the disclosed Meeting ID (800-441-746-559), together with each shareholder’s personalised SRN and PIN.

The board encourages shareholders to exercise voting rights by: 1) Joining the meeting through the online platform, or 2) Appointing the AGM chairman as proxy in advance.

Votes submitted online are irrevocable once the voting session closes and will override any proxy instructions lodged for the same shareholding. All attendees—whether onsite or online—must submit questions and votes through the electronic platform; participants attending in person are therefore advised to bring an Internet-enabled device.

Corporate shareholders planning to join virtually should contact Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited on (+852) 2862 8558 before the meeting for login arrangements.

AGM-related documents are available on the company website (https://www.ckah.com). CK Asset notes that meeting logistics may change at short notice and advises shareholders to monitor the company’s website and dedicated AGM page for updates.

For further queries, shareholders may call the registrar’s hotline at (+852) 2862 8558.
