Continental Aerospace Technologies Holding Limited (CON AERO TECH) on 7 August 2026 disclosed that J.P. Morgan Securities PLC—classified as a Class (5) associate of the offeror in the company’s proposed delisting—executed a series of derivative transactions on 6 August 2026.
The investment bank issued four separate “other” derivative products linked to an aggregate 1.53 million underlying shares of Continental Aerospace Technologies. Each of the first three tranches covered 500,000 reference securities, while the fourth involved 34,000 shares. All derivatives carry a maturity/closing-out date of 20 July 2027 and were struck at a reference price of USD 0.4506 per share.
Total consideration for the transactions amounted to USD 0.69 million, bringing J.P. Morgan Securities’ resultant position to 389.89 million shares after the final issuance. The firm confirmed that the dealings were executed for its own account.
The disclosure complies with Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers, which mandates timely reporting of relevant securities dealings during an offer period. As the proposed delisting process progresses, market participants are required to continue submitting similar updates until completion of the transaction.
