UC RUSAL (486) Announces Reduced Shareholding by Major Stakeholder

United Company RUSAL, international public joint-stock company (SEHK: 486), has disclosed that SUAL Partners International Limited Liability Company no longer directly disposes of the same number of voting shares as before. According to the announcement, SUAL Partners' holding declined from 3.83 billion shares (25.19%) to 3.52 billion shares (23.18%), effective 21 January 2026, with the issuer becoming aware of these changes on 24 February 2026.

The reduction in SUAL Partners’ shareholding was attributed to a decrease in its investment stake in UC RUSAL. All other details about the company’s shareholding structure and corporate governance remain as stated in the original disclosure. According to the announcement, this notice was released on overseas exchanges where UC RUSAL is listed, in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
