BFB Health Publishes 2025 Annual Report and AGM Circular, Sets Out Shareholder Communication Arrangements

On 30 April 2026, BFB Health Limited (stock code 00205) announced the release of its 2025 Annual Report together with a circular containing the notice of the upcoming Annual General Meeting and related proxy form.

The company confirmed that both English and Chinese versions of these documents are available for review on the corporate website (http://www.irasia.com/listco/hk/seecmedia/index.htm) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who have previously elected to receive printed materials will receive hard copies automatically. Others may request printed copies free of charge by submitting a signed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, either by post (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) or by email (is-ecom@vistra.com).

Shareholders are responsible for providing and maintaining a functional email address. Until a valid address is supplied, notices of publication and actionable corporate communications will be delivered in printed form. Instructions to receive hard-copy materials remain valid until 31 December 2026 unless amended in writing.
