The transferred portfolio had a market value of HKD 12.0249 million, representing 8.66% of the holdings.
The company's annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025, show that the group achieved revenue of RMB 215 million, a decrease of 15.53% year-over-year. The loss attributable to the company's owners was RMB 27.685 million, narrowing by 82.94% compared to the previous year. The loss per share was RMB 0.02.
