Jiumaojiu completes HKD 0.51 million on-market buyback; cumulative repurchases rise to 8.06 million shares

Jiumaojiu International Holdings Limited disclosed that it repurchased 411,000 ordinary shares on 9 July 2026 via the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 1.22 to HKD 1.24 per share. The latest transaction brought total consideration for the day to HKD 0.51 million.

Including the latest purchase, 6.33 million shares bought between 15 June and 9 July 2026 remain pending cancellation, equivalent to approximately 0.47 % of the company’s 1.34 billion issued shares outstanding prior to the programme.

Under the general mandate granted on 5 June 2026, Jiumaojiu is authorised to repurchase up to 139.18 million shares. As of 9 July 2026, aggregate buybacks under this mandate total 8.06 million shares, representing 0.58 % of the share capital at the mandate date.

Following the 9 July transaction, a moratorium applies under Hong Kong Listing Rules, prohibiting any new share issuance or sale of treasury shares until 8 August 2026.
