KARRIE INT'L (01050) Secures Server Chassis Order from AI Giant, Accelerates ASIC Business Mass Production, and Commences Construction on New Thailand Base

KARRIE INT'L (01050) announced that, starting from the third quarter of 2025, the Group has received a server chassis order from a leading artificial intelligence enterprise. The design and development for this chassis have been completed, it has passed the customer's sample validation, and it is now prepared to enter mass production. Concurrently, the Group has also successfully secured the design and prototype requirements for this customer's next-generation AI architecture. This includes network switch chassis, AI computing chassis, and server racks, which are expected to be delivered progressively throughout 2026. These initiatives demonstrate the company's proven professional capability to provide complete mechanical solutions for customers' next-generation AI platform structures. Regarding progress with the ASIC (Application-Specific Integrated Circuit) customer, the Group commenced mass production in the third quarter of 2025 and is rapidly scaling up the delivery volume of ASIC-related server chassis in the second half of the year. The end customer for these ASIC chassis is a leading US technology enterprise. The company anticipates that customer demand for production capacity from its factories in China and Thailand will remain robust throughout the full year of 2026. Furthermore, construction work has officially commenced on the Group's new self-purchased land for a production base in Thailand, with the first phase of production equipment expected to be operational by the end of this year. The Group is continuously improving the operational efficiency of its production bases both domestically and in Thailand to meet the rapidly growing order demands from existing and new customers.
