Data collected over the past 24 hours shows that on August 12, among 11 major baijiu products, six saw price increases, three remained flat, and two declined, with market divergence remaining significant.

In terms of increases, the premium Moutai product saw a surge of 22 yuan per bottle, bringing its average retail price to 2,454 yuan, setting a new high for the past month for the third consecutive day, with daily gains exceeding ten yuan, indicating strong upward momentum. Feitian Moutai rose 8 yuan to 1,789 yuan, hitting its highest level since the price hike on July 18. Qinghua Fen 20 edged up 1 yuan to 391 yuan, reaching its second-highest level in the past month. Yanghe Dream Blue M6+ increased by 7 yuan to 599 yuan, approaching the 600 yuan threshold. Gujing Gong Gu 20 gained 7 yuan to 534 yuan, marking a third consecutive gain and a new high in over 20 days. Xijiu Junpin rose 6 yuan to 637 yuan, breaking out of a two-day decline after a period of high-level trading.

On the downside, Guojiao 1573 lost 8 yuan, with its retail price falling to 882 yuan, initiating a technical adjustment from a recent peak. Qinghua Lang dropped 7 yuan to 699 yuan, falling below the 700 yuan mark for the third consecutive day. Wuliangye Puwu Eighth Generation, Wuliangye 1618, and Shuijing Jiannanchun remained flat today, with national average retail prices of 808 yuan, 826 yuan, and 403 yuan, respectively.

The total retail price of the 11 major products rose again today, with strong growth in premium baijiu compensating for declines in some mid-to-high-end products, maintaining an overall stable upward trend. If one bottle of each of the 11 products were sold together, the total price would be 10,022 yuan, a significant increase of 36 yuan from yesterday, marking a new high since late March and surpassing the 10,000 yuan threshold.

Data is sourced from approximately 200 collection points spread across major regions, including designated distributors, social distributors, e-commerce platforms, and retail outlets. The raw sampling data reflects actual transaction prices from the past 24 hours, aiming to provide objective, scientific, and fully traceable data on the market prices of major baijiu products.

With the official launch of the iMoutai platform, which sells Feitian Moutai at 1,499 yuan per bottle (raised to 1,539 yuan on March 31 and further to 1,639 yuan on July 18), and the sale of premium Moutai at 2,299 yuan per bottle (raised to 2,359 yuan on May 16), this new channel is gradually exerting a magnetic pull on the average retail prices of both products. The daily price data follows a calculation rule based on weighted actual transaction volumes, incorporating the measurable prices of these two products into the calculation.

In other significant baijiu industry news, on August 11, CICC published a research report maintaining an "Outperform" rating for Kweichow Moutai. CICC believes that Moutai is poised to benefit from a triple convergence of demand cycles, operational adjustments, and volume-price dynamics. They argue that the current supply-demand balance for Moutai liquor is forming a new equilibrium, with potential for price elasticity and market share gains. CICC also noted that the industry's volume and price levels have fallen to a low range, and the structural impact from scene transitions may be nearing an end. Moutai's systematic channel transformation and adjustment are expected to achieve multi-dimensional precise adaptation. Leveraging its strong cross-cycle attributes, Moutai possesses greater sales penetration and price elasticity compared to most consumer leaders, with noteworthy potential for volume expansion.
