According to recent announcements from the company's official WeChat account, METIS TECHBIO-P has formally signed a joint venture agreement with JOINN Biologics to establish a new entity, Zhaotai Zhiyao, dedicated to building a comprehensive platform for mRNA drug innovation, research, and industrial-scale manufacturing. The first collaborative project under this agreement has already been initiated.

Under the terms of the agreement, METIS TECHBIO-P will contribute upstream design and delivery capabilities, with its NanoForge technology already achieving targeted delivery to eight key organs and tissues within the human body.

Ms. Feng Yuxia, Chairwoman of JOINN, commented on the collaboration: "The establishment of this joint venture between JOINN Biologics and METIS Techbio represents an important practice of complementary advantages and coordinated development.
