Qingsong Health (02661) has announced that Mr. Zou Xinglong has resigned from his positions as joint company secretary and as the company's authorized representative in Hong Kong for receiving legal documents and notices under the Companies Ordinance. His resignation will take effect on March 23, 2026. Following Mr. Zou's departure, Ms. Chen Jingya has been appointed as joint company secretary and legal process agent, effective from the same date. Mr. Yang Lei will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary.
