Playmates Toys Ltd (Playmates Toys) has confirmed that its issued share capital remained unchanged at 1.15 billion ordinary shares (HK$0.01 par value) as of 13 July 2026. Although the share count is intact for reporting purposes, the company has stepped up its repurchase activity, accumulating 12.99 million shares for cancellation between 9 June and 13 July.

All repurchased shares have been earmarked for cancellation and will reduce the share count once formally cancelled. No treasury shares are currently held on the balance sheet.
