Star Plus Legend posts zero share movement in June 2026; confirms public-float compliance

Star Plus Legend Holdings Limited filed its monthly return for the period ended 30 June 2026, revealing stable share capital metrics across the board.

Authorised share capital • Authorised limit remained at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.00001, equivalent to total authorised capital of USD 50,000. No authorisations were added or cancelled during the month.

Issued share capital and treasury position • Issued shares stood unchanged at 951.74 million. • The company held no treasury shares, and there were no share issuances, cancellations, or repurchases in June.

Public-float status • Management affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 % of issued shares.

Share-based incentive schemes • Pre-IPO stock incentive plan: 6.64 million options remained outstanding; no exercises occurred. • Post-IPO share option scheme: No options were outstanding, leaving capacity for up to 80.00 million future grants. • As no options were exercised, funds raised from option exercises in June were HKD 0.

Other instruments and events • The company reported no warrants, convertible securities, depositary receipts, or other share-related agreements during the month.

The monthly return was submitted on 07 July 2026 and signed by Director Lai Kwok Fai Franki, who confirmed adherence to all listing-rule and regulatory requirements.
