Bitfire Group names Tsang Ho Pong as Company Secretary, Authorised Representative and Process Agent

Bitfire Group Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Tsang Ho Pong has been appointed as company secretary, authorised representative and process agent, all effective 16 April 2026.

Mr. Tsang holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from City University of Hong Kong (2006) and a master’s degree in Corporate Governance from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (2018). He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute.

With more than 20 years of professional experience, Mr. Tsang served as financial controller and company secretary of DIT Group Limited from June 2017 to January 2026, and as company secretary of Central China Real Estate Limited from September 2023 to January 2026. Earlier roles include audit work at an international accounting firm (2012–2014) and independent non-executive directorships at Universal Star (Holdings) Limited (November 2023–January 2024) and China Cultural Tourism and Agriculture Group Limited, where he currently serves.

Concurrent with Mr. Tsang’s appointments, Ms. Zhang Li has ceased to act as an authorised representative but remains an executive director, while Ms. Peng Sisi has resigned as process agent.

As of the announcement date, the board comprises two non-executive directors, two executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
