Befar Group (ASX: 06745) has announced that its largest shareholder, Heyi Investment, has pledged 20.05 million shares of the company. The pledge was disclosed in a recent notice received by the company regarding the share pledge arrangement.
Following this pledge, Heyi Investment's cumulative pledged shares in Befar Group now stand at 68.05 million shares, representing 28.44% of its total holdings in the company and 2.82% of the company's total share capital.
