GME Group Clarifies Final Dividend Timetable and Share Transfer Deadline Ahead of 2026 AGM

GME Group Holdings Limited has issued a clarification to its 29 April 2026 circular and notice of annual general meeting, updating shareholders on the precise timetable for the proposed final dividend distribution.

Key revisions:

• Record date: Monday, 1 June 2026. Shareholders registered on this date will be entitled to the proposed final dividend.

• Register closure: Friday, 29 May 2026 to Monday, 1 June 2026 (both days inclusive). No share transfers will be processed during this period.

• Share transfer cut-off: Completed transfer documents and relevant share certificates must be lodged with Tricor Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, 28 May 2026.

• Expected payment date: Thursday, 18 June 2026.

The Board confirmed that all other information in the original circular and AGM notice remains unchanged. The clarification was authorised by Chairman and Executive Director Mr. Chuang Chun Ngok Boris on 14 May 2026.

Board composition at the date of the announcement: two executive directors (Mr. Chuang Chun Ngok Boris and Mr. Chuang Wei Chu), one non-executive director (Ms. Chuang Yau Ka) and three independent non-executive directors (Mr. Lam Man Bun Alan, Mr. Lau Chun Fai Douglas and Ir Ng Wai Ming Patrick).

The announcement will remain available on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website and the company’s website for at least seven days from its posting date.
