Seres Group Co., Ltd. released an updated roster of its Board of Directors and committee assignments on 22 April 2026. The Board now comprises 13 members: 4 Executive Directors, 4 Non-executive Directors and 5 Independent Non-executive Directors.

Liu Ling, Li Kaiguo and Jing Xufeng each hold memberships on three committees, indicating a broad governance remit.
