On September 21, 2026, Wenchao Wang's interest in BAMA TEA increased by 60,000 shares. This arose because the company completed a repurchase of 60,000 ordinary shares on the same day, which were held as treasury shares. As a controlling shareholder together with Wang Wenbin, Wang Wenli, Chen Yajing, Wu Xiaoning and Wang Xiaoping, Wenchao Wang is deemed to hold those repurchased shares. The increase is not an on-market acquisition but a deemed interest change due to the company's share buyback and attribution rules.

Prior to the increase, Wenchao Wang's long position in BAMA TEA was 43.63 million shares, representing 51.37%; following the increase, the holding changed to 43.69 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 51.44%.
