NEWTREND GROUP (02573) announced that Ms. Guo Lideng has tendered her resignation as a non-employee representative supervisor of the company due to personal work arrangements. Her resignation will take effect upon the conclusion of an extraordinary general meeting where shareholders approve the appointment of a new supervisor. Mr. Mao Yu has been nominated by Heying Xiangjiang Holdings Limited to assume the role of the new non-employee representative supervisor, with his appointment subject to shareholder approval.
