SUNSHINE PAPER: Weixin Shi Acquires Shares, Long Position Rises to 32.9%

On September 29, 2026, Weixin Shi's interest in SUNSHINE PAPER (02002) increased as a concert party member (Wang Dongxing) acquired 372,000 shares on the SEHK open market at an average of HKD 1.6097 per share, involving about HKD 598,808.

Prior to the acquisition, Weixin Shi's long position in SUNSHINE PAPER was 350.09 million shares, representing 32.87%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 350.46 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 32.9%.

This involves related parties: Wang Dongxing, Wu Rong, Wang Yilong, Wang Feng, Sang Ziqian, Chen Xiaojun, Wang Yongqing, Zheng Fasheng, Zuo Xiwei, Ma Aiping, Sun Qingtao, Zhang Zengguo, Wang Changhai.
