CITIC SEC (06030): CITIC Securities International Provides Guarantee for CSI MTN Limited's $2.1 Million Medium-Term Note Issuance

CITIC SEC (06030) announced that its wholly-owned overseas subsidiary, CITIC Securities International Limited (CITIC Securities International), has provided a guarantee for a medium-term note (MTN) program established by its affiliate, CSI MTN Limited (the issuer or the guaranteed party), on March 29, 2022.

In line with the maturity of existing notes and the company's business development needs, the issuer issued a new note under the MTN program on November 14, 2025, with a total issuance amount of $2.1 million.

Following this issuance, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of notes issued under the MTN program by the issuer amounts to $2.668 billion.
