HK ROBOTICS (00370) announced an agreement regarding the procurement of embodied intelligent security robots by Tonghong Guard from Hong Kong Robot (the Company's non-wholly-owned subsidiary). On December 29, 2025, Hong Kong Robot and Tonghong Guard entered into a product delivery agreement for these robots.

According to the product delivery agreement, the parties have agreed that the first batch of 100 embodied intelligent security robots, which meet the delivery standards for tested and finalized configurations and parameters, will be delivered within three months from the date of the agreement. The selling price of the embodied intelligent security robots remains at RMB 300,000 per unit as described in the procurement announcement.

Following Tonghong Guard's acceptance of the products, Hong Kong Robot will provide after-sales services including, but not limited to, installation, operational guidance, regular on-site inspections, runtime data recording and analysis, and daily operational support.
