CMS Announces Renaming of Singapore Share Transfer Agent to Ascentium Corporate Services

China Medical System Holdings Limited (CMS) reported that its Singapore share transfer agent will change its legal name from “In.Corp Corporate Services Pte. Ltd.” to “Ascentium Corporate Services Pte. Ltd.”, effective 1 October 2026.

The agent’s registered address remains unchanged at 36 Robinson Road, #20-01 City House, Singapore 068877.

The Board, chaired by Mr. Lam Kong, released the update on 30 September 2026. As of that date, CMS’s Board consists of two executive directors—Mr. Lam Kong and Ms. Chen Yanling—and four independent non-executive directors: Mr. Leung Chong Shun, Ms. Luo Laura Ying, Mr. Fung Ching Simon and Mr. Lee Sien Liang, Joseph.
