Participate in various projects or planning initiatives periodically, contributing your insights and creativity.
Qualifications: 1. Understand the fundamental principles of operating content platforms like WeChat Official Accounts, Zhihu, and Weibo; grasp key strategies for growing followers on each platform. 2. Possess strong news sensitivity and accurate information discernment; capable of judging article quality. 3. Have good aesthetic sense; able to find informative and value-adding images for texts; exhibit meticulous attention to text, layout, and images. 4. Demonstrate patience and responsibility towards work; possess professionalism and time management skills; maintain sustained enthusiasm and curiosity. 5. Priority will be given to those with experience operating million-follower public accounts, relevant operational resources, or those available for long-term internships.

Video Planning Intern Job Responsibilities: 1. Video Thumbnail Design: Create thumbnails that align with video content themes, ensuring they meet the style and specifications of platforms like Bilibili, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Video Accounts, and Weibo to enhance video appeal. 2. Content Material Organization and Re-creation: Sort and categorize existing video materials; perform secondary creation; design Xiaohongshu graphic content, including image selection, layout, and copy optimization. 3. Account Operations: Manage daily operations for various platform accounts, including content publishing, data monitoring, and adjusting strategies based on platform algorithms to increase exposure and fan interaction. Familiarity with optimal posting times, algorithm rules, and content review standards for each platform to ensure compliance and maximize reach. 4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the editorial team, communicating video design requirements, providing design feedback, and supporting the content production process. 5.
