CHINA FORTUNE releases 2025 Annual Report online and outlines procedures for hard-copy requests

Bulletin Express04-29

China Fortune Holdings Limited published its 2025 Annual Report on 30 April 2026. The English and Chinese versions are now available on both the company’s website (www.chinafortune.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board encourages shareholders to review the digital files but confirms that printed copies will be supplied free of charge upon request. Non-registered holders who wish to receive hard copies of the current or all future corporate communications must complete and sign the enclosed Request Form and return it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local postage. Requests may also be submitted by email to 110-ecom@vistra.com.

If no functional email or postal address has been supplied through custodians, brokers, banks, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited, no notice of future uploads will be issued. Shareholders are therefore advised to update their contact details with these intermediaries to receive electronic notifications.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor Investor Services Limited on (852) 2980 1333 during business hours—9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

The notice was issued under the authority of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Lau Siu Ying.
