On September 29, according to Hainan International Commercial Aerospace Launch Co., Ltd., the main construction of the second phase of the Hainan Commercial Spaceport has been completed, and integrated drills have commenced.
Following subsequent drills and testing, the two launch pads are planned to achieve launch capability within the year.
