ZENERGY Maintains Stable Share Structure and Meets Public Float Requirement in April 2026 Update

Jiangsu Zenergy Battery Technologies Group Co., Ltd. (ZENERGY) reported no changes in either authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 30 April 2026, according to its monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 6 May 2026.

Authorised / Registered Capital • Total authorised share capital remained at RMB 2.55 billion, split between 1.49 billion H-shares and 1.07 billion unlisted domestic shares, each with a par value of RMB 1.00. • No increases or cancellations were recorded during the month.

Issued Shares and Treasury Position • Issued H-shares stood unchanged at 1.49 billion, with no treasury shares outstanding. • The unlisted share count also remained flat at 1.07 billion. • No share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised or cancelled during the reporting period.

Public Float Compliance • The company confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Main Board’s public-float rules. The existing waiver allows ZENERGY to maintain a minimum free float of 21.16% of its H-shares, a threshold it continued to meet as at 30 April 2026.

Governance Confirmation • The filing, signed by Joint Company Secretary Ms. Xu Jing, stated that all relevant regulatory, legal and procedural requirements for the company’s issued securities have been duly observed.

Overall, ZENERGY’s April report underscores a period of capital stability with full adherence to Hong Kong listing obligations and no dilutive actions affecting shareholders during the month.
