Keep Inc. (HKEX: KEEP) reported a fresh on-market share repurchase of 100,000 ordinary shares on 13 July 2026 at prices between HKD 1.85 and HKD 2.01, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 1.91 per share. The transaction totalled HKD 0.19 million and the repurchased stock will be held in treasury.
Following the buy-back, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.02% to 498.96 million, while treasury shares rose to 11.32 million. The total issued share capital remains unchanged at 510.28 million shares until any future cancellation of treasury stock.
Since receiving shareholder approval for its current repurchase mandate on 4 June 2026, Keep has reacquired 3.46 million shares, equivalent to 0.69% of the issued share base on the mandate date. The mandate permits repurchases of up to 50.24 million shares, leaving sizeable headroom for further activity.
In addition to the latest treasury purchase, 3.36 million shares bought between 6 January and 15 April 2026 are awaiting formal cancellation. Repurchase prices over that period ranged from HKD 2.91 to HKD 3.98 per share.
In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Keep is restricted from issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 12 August 2026.
