Board composition and date As of the 24 April 2026 announcement date, the board comprises six executive directors—Chairman and CEO Tian Ming, Jin Lei, Xu Xiangdong, Lu Wei, Wang Yan and Shen Ning—and three independent non-executive directors: Li Liangrong, Chen Rehao and Sheng Wenhao.
