Yidu Tech Inc. announced that its 2026 Annual Report, accompanying circular and the notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting have been published in both English and Chinese. The documents are now accessible on the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website (www.yidutech.com).
In line with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, which extends paper-less listing and mandates electronic dissemination of corporate communications from 31 December 2023, Yidu Tech has formally adopted an e-communication model for all future shareholder materials. Corporate communications—comprising directors’ reports, audited financial statements, annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will henceforth be provided only through the company’s and HKEX’s online platforms unless shareholders specifically request hard copies.
Non-registered shareholders holding shares via banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited must supply a functional email address to their respective intermediaries to receive electronic notifications when new documents are published. Without an email on record, investors will need to monitor the company and HKEX websites directly for updates.
Shareholders preferring physical copies can obtain them free of charge by completing a reply form and submitting it to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at 17M/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, or by emailing yidutech.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name, address and request.
