Zijin Mining Group has updated its interim dividend details for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The board declared a cash distribution of RMB 4.20 per 10 shares. For H-share investors on the Hong Kong register, the payment will be settled in Hong Kong dollars at HKD 4.839736 per 10 shares, based on an exchange rate of RMB 1 : HKD 1.152318.
The shares will trade ex-dividend on 23 July 2026. Transfer documents must be lodged by 16:30 on 24 July, and the register will be closed from 27 July to 4 August. Entitlement will be determined on the record date of 4 August, with cash distribution scheduled for 21 August 2026. Bank of China (Hong Kong) acts as the receiving agent.
Tax withholding will vary by shareholder category. Non-resident enterprise and individual shareholders face a 10 % rate, while Mainland investors using Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect are subject to a 20 % rate for individuals; Mainland enterprise investors must self-declare.
Holders of the company’s listed convertible bonds—including the USD 2.00 billion 1.0 % notes due 2029 (stock code 05034) and the USD 1.50 billion zero-coupon notes due 2031—must exercise conversion rights by 16:30 on 15 July 2026 to qualify for the dividend.
The announcement supersedes the 10 July 2026 notice, adding final currency, exchange-rate and tax details. Chairman Zou Laichang heads a 14-member board comprising executive, non-executive and independent directors.
