EVERG VEHICLE (00708) has announced that Mr. Xie Wu has resigned from his position as an independent non-executive director, effective from July 20, 2026.
He has also stepped down from his roles as the chairman of the company's audit committee, nomination committee, remuneration committee, and corporate governance committee.
Mr. Xie cited his desire to dedicate more time to his professional affairs within the medical field as the reason for his resignation.
