MOKINGRAN Announces RMB0.30 Final Dividend for FY2025; Withholding Tax Arrangements Detailed

On 24 March 2026, MOKINGRAN Jewellery Group Co., Ltd. declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB0.30 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The payout remains subject to shareholder approval, with the Hong Kong dollar equivalent, ex-dividend date, record date, book-closure period and payment date yet to be confirmed.

Dividend distribution will be executed through Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. The company highlighted the following withholding tax framework for H-shareholders: • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10 % enterprise income tax will be withheld before payment. • Individual shareholders residing in Hong Kong, Macau or jurisdictions with a 10 % treaty rate: 10 % individual income tax will be withheld. • Individual shareholders from jurisdictions with treaty rates below 10 %: withholding remains at 10 %. • Individual shareholders from jurisdictions with a 20 % treaty rate, no treaty, or unspecified arrangements: 20 % individual income tax will be withheld.

Details on final dates and the HKD conversion rate will be announced in due course. The board currently comprises four executive directors—Mr. Wang Zhongshan, Ms. Zhang Xiuqin, Mr. Wang Guoxin and Mr. Wang Zegang—and three independent non-executive directors—Mr. Bai Xianyue, Mr. Weng Xin and Mr. Ding Xiaodong.
