StarHub Schedules Apr, 30 2026 for 28th Annual General Meeting; Releases Key Deadlines

StarHub (CC3) has announced that its 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Apr, 30 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (registration from 9:15 a.m.) at Level 3, Rooms 324-326, Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, 1 Raffles Boulevard, Suntec City, Singapore 039593. The meeting will be conducted solely in person with no virtual participation option.

Key deadlines for shareholders are as follows: • By 10:00 a.m. on Apr, 16 2026 – submit questions for the AGM. • By 5:00 p.m. on Apr, 21 2026 – CPF or SRS investors to submit voting instructions to their respective agent banks or operators. • By Apr, 22 2026 – request hard copies of the 2025 Annual Report and related shareholder letter. • By 10:00 a.m. on Apr, 24 2026 – company to publish responses to substantial queries. • By 10:00 a.m. on Apr, 27 2026 – lodge proxy forms to appoint a representative for voting at the AGM.

Shareholders and proxies attending must present their NRIC or passport for identification and bring an internet-enabled device to access the online voting platform. StarHub advises investors to monitor its investor relations website or the SGX platform for any further updates on the AGM.

The notice of AGM, proxy form, 2025 annual report, shareholder letter dated Apr, 08 2026 and 2025 sustainability report were released on Apr, 08 2026 and are available on the company’s investor relations and SGX websites.
