The "Vegetable Basket" product wholesale price index was recorded at 111.21, down 0.25 points from yesterday.
As of 2:00 PM today, the national average wholesale price for pork was 14.50 yuan per kilogram, representing a 0.9% increase from yesterday.
The average price for beef held steady at 66.57 yuan per kilogram, while lamb prices fell 0.6% to 63.93 yuan per kilogram.
The price for eggs dropped 1.1% to 10.01 yuan per kilogram, and the price for dressed chicken decreased by 0.2% to 17.10 yuan per kilogram.
The average price for 28 key monitored vegetable varieties was 4.21 yuan per kilogram, up 0.2% from yesterday.
The average price for 6 key monitored fruit varieties was 7.39 yuan per kilogram, showing a 0.5% increase.
For aquatic products, the price for crucian carp remained unchanged at 20.09 yuan per kilogram.
The price for common carp decreased by 0.3% to 14.57 yuan per kilogram, and silver carp prices also fell 0.3% to 10.35 yuan per kilogram.
The price for large hairtail rose 0.4% to 41.70 yuan per kilogram.
Among the 46 key monitored fresh agricultural product varieties today, the top five performers in terms of price increases compared to yesterday were pears, cowpeas, pineapples, Kyoho grapes, and shiitake mushrooms, with increases of 4.0%, 2.7%, 2.2%, 1.7%, and 1.3%, respectively.
The top five decliners in price were watermelon, onions, tomatoes, carrots, and winter melon, with decreases of 4.9%, 3.5%, 2.7%, 2.1%, and 1.7%, respectively.
