E&P Global Releases EGM Circular on Proposed Debt-to-Equity Conversion; Shareholders Asked to Choose Communication Format

Bulletin Express07-31

E&P Global Holdings Limited has published its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) circular dated 31 July 2026, detailing two principal items for shareholder consideration:

1. Issue of new shares under a specific mandate to facilitate debt capitalisation (conversion of debt into equity). 2. Formal notice of the upcoming EGM and the accompanying proxy form.

Both the English and Chinese versions of the circular and related documents are now accessible on the company’s website (https://enp.aconnect.com.hk/) and on HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders can opt to:

• Review all current and future corporate communications electronically via the company’s and HKEX’s websites (default option). • Request free printed copies—English, Chinese, or bilingual—by submitting the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by post or email (1142-ecom@vistra.com).

Shareholders who have not provided a functional email address, or who wish to update it, are urged to do so using the same reply form. Until a valid email is on record, the company will continue to send physical notices and actionable documents.

The reply form also allows investors to specify their preferred language (English, Chinese, or both) for printed materials or to elect to receive all future corporate communications electronically. These instructions remain effective until 31 December 2027 unless amended by written notice.

Enquiries should be directed to Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., excluding public holidays).

E&P Global’s chairman, Liu Wai Shing Peter, signed the notification letter on 31 July 2026.
