On July 27, BEKE-W (02423), formerly known as Beike, announced the latest distribution of the "Health Family Care Fund," a $4 million initiative established by co-founders Peng Yongdong and Shan Yigang.
Since applications opened on April 23, a total of 4.76 million yuan has been disbursed to 115 service worker families across the country. Among them, eight agents also received additional support from the Beike Green Plan, bringing their combined benefits to 723,469 yuan. This marks the first time the "Health Family Care Fund + Green Plan" dual-protection enrollment list has been published since the fund's launch.
Where to Begin
The "Health Family Care Fund" was jointly established by co-founders Peng Yongdong and Shan Yigang on February 24 of this year. It automatically covers service workers who have been employed for at least six months, with no separate enrollment or fees required. In April 2025 and February 2026, the two co-founders announced donations of 19 million shares to support housing industry service workers and their families in areas such as medical coverage and children's education, and formally established this project.
Scope of Coverage
According to reports, the Health Family Care Fund benefits over 500,000 housing industry service workers, including qualified brand owners, store managers, agents, cleaners, and repair workers. The "Green Plan," launched by Beike in 2008, provides disease and accident insurance support for Beike service workers and their family members, with a maximum payout of 2 million yuan. Importantly, the Green Plan does not conflict with the Health Family Care Fund, and eligible workers can apply for both simultaneously.
