The transaction was executed at an average price of HK$27.1265 per share, resulting in a total consideration of approximately HK$32.4596 million.
Following this disposal, JPMorgan Chase's latest shareholding in the company stands at approximately 15.7267 million shares, representing a stake of 6.64%.
