Shanghai Eliansy (600836) Investor Compensation Case Gets Additional Court Filing, Zhejiang Founder Motor (002196) Compensation Case Continues to Progress

On October 10, 2025, another investor compensation case for false statements by Shanghai Eliansy Industry Group Corporation Limited (600836) was filed with the Shanghai Financial Court.

On January 8, 2025, Shanghai Eliansy Industry Group Corporation Limited (600836) announced it received an Administrative Penalty Decision from the CSRC. The investigation revealed the following violations by Shanghai Eliansy Industry Group Corporation Limited:

1. The 2020 and 2021 annual reports failed to truthfully disclose the actual controller, containing false statements.

2. The 2020 and 2021 annual reports failed to disclose major related-party transactions, constituting material omissions.

3. Through fictitious trading activities, the company inflated operating revenue and total profits, resulting in false statements in the 2021 to 2023 annual reports.

Shanghai Eliansy Industry Group Corporation Limited allegedly inflated operating revenue and total profits through the aforementioned fictitious trading activities, leading to false statements in the 2021 to 2023 annual reports. Specifically, in 2021, operating revenue and total profits were inflated by 150.2585 million yuan, representing 18.04% and 62.15% of the disclosed operating revenue and absolute value of total profits respectively; in 2022, operating revenue and total profits were inflated by 95.0882 million yuan, representing 18.49% and 152.23% respectively; in 2023, operating revenue and total profits were inflated by 23.3314 million yuan, representing 4.52% and 118.15% respectively.

Investors who purchased Shanghai Eliansy Industry Group Corporation Limited shares between April 29, 2021 and February 28, 2024, and sold or continued to hold shares after February 28, 2024, may currently initiate compensation claims.

In addition to the additional filing of the Shanghai Eliansy Industry Group Corporation Limited investor compensation case, the Zhejiang Founder Motor Limited Company investor compensation case has also been submitted to the Wenzhou Intermediate People's Court for filing, and additional investor compensation mandates continue to be accepted.

(2) Inappropriate expansion of goodwill-related asset groups for Shanghai Haineng.

Combined, these two items resulted in the company's total profits being inflated by 78,432,305.26 yuan in 2018, 5,964,531.93 yuan in 2019, 17,924,975.88 yuan in 2020, 2,313,701.22 yuan in 2021, and reduced by 86,976,217.46 yuan in 2022, representing 18.38%, 31.96%, 2.76%, 27.78%, and 26.03% of the absolute values of disclosed total profits for the respective periods.

Based on the above violations and securities law provisions, investors who purchased Zhejiang Founder Motor Limited Company shares between April 29, 2019 and June 27, 2023, and sold or continued to hold shares after June 27, 2023, may currently initiate compensation claims.
