Ficus Tech Reports Stable Capital Base for August 2026; Confirms Public Float Compliance

Ficus Tech (Ficus Technology Holdings Limited) has filed its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming no changes to its authorised, issued or treasury share balances.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million. Issued shares were steady at 1.37 billion, and the group held no treasury shares at either the beginning or end of the month.

Ficus Tech affirmed that it satisfied the HKEX minimum public-float requirement of 25% as at 31 August 2026.

Under the share option scheme adopted on 16 April 2018, a total of 97.50 million options (exercise price: HKD 0.112 per share) were outstanding at month-end, unchanged from the prior month. No new shares were issued, and no treasury shares were transferred during the period. The company reported no outstanding warrants, convertible securities or other equity-linked instruments.

Overall, the August filing indicates a static equity structure with full compliance to listing rules and no capital-raising or repurchase activity during the month.
