LITIAN PICTURES (09958) has announced that all conditions under the placing agreement have been fulfilled, and the share placement was completed on April 22, 2026. A total of 68 million placing shares, representing approximately 13.6% of the company's enlarged issued share capital following the issuance, were successfully placed with no fewer than six placees. The placement was conducted at a price of HKD 0.156 per share, in accordance with the terms of the placing agreement.
