According to information obtained, the Hong Kong IPO application document submitted by Shenzhen Forms Syntron Information Co., Ltd. (referred to as Forms Syntron) on December 24, 2025, has reached its six-month validity period and lapsed on June 24, 2026. At the time of submission, CMB International and Guosen Securities (Hong Kong) were the joint sponsors.

The prospectus indicates that Forms Syntron is a financial technology service provider deeply rooted in the Greater Bay Area and specialized in the banking sector.
