Suiyuan Technology's IPO Hearing Set for June 15

The Shanghai Stock Exchange listing review committee has scheduled a meeting for June 15, 2026, which will be the 37th such meeting of the year, to deliberate on the initial public offering of Shanghai Suiyuan Technology Co., Ltd.

According to its prospectus, the company aims to raise 6 billion yuan. The funds are intended for projects including the research, development, and industrialization of its fifth-generation AI chip series, its sixth-generation AI chip series, and an advanced artificial intelligence hardware-software collaborative innovation initiative.

Suiyuan Technology's product portfolio encompasses AI chips, accelerator cards, integrated AI computing systems, liquid-cooled computing clusters, and the accompanying software ecosystems.

To date, the company has developed four generations of AI chips. Its product lines address both training and inference scenarios, featuring the "Suisi" series of chips, the "Yunsui" accelerator cards, and the "Suiyuan" AI computing clusters.

Suiyuan Technology, along with Moore Threads, MetaX, and Biren Technology, is collectively known as one of the "Four Domestic AI Computing Chip Leaders." The other three companies have already listed on either China's STAR Market or the Hong Kong stock exchange.
