On the news front, Hong Kong's Securities and Futures Commission has made an inquiry into the shareholding distribution of New Gonow RV. As of October 13, 2026, 22 shareholders and their related parties collectively held 400 million shares of New Gonow RV, representing 41.69% of the issued shares.

The company's chairman and chief executive officer holds 467 million shares, accounting for 48.69% of the issued shares.

Together, these two groups of shareholders hold 90.38% of the company's issued shares, leaving only 9.62% held by other shareholders.
