CICC Successfully Issues RMB 3 Billion Corporate Bonds

CICC (03908) has announced the completion of its corporate bond issuance. According to the issuance announcement for the China International Capital Corporation Limited 2026 Public Offering of Corporate Bonds to Professional Investors (Third Tranche), the offering size was set at no more than RMB 3 billion (inclusive). The bonds were priced at RMB 100 per unit and issued through a book-building process targeting qualified professional investors as defined by relevant corporate bond issuance and trading regulations.

The issuance concluded on May 18, 2026, with the following results: Series One bonds were issued with an actual size of RMB 1 billion, carrying a final coupon rate of 1.47% and achieving a subscription multiple of 5.67 times. Series Two bonds were issued with an actual size of RMB 2 billion, featuring a final coupon rate of 1.69% and a subscription multiple of 4.40 times.
